The Jarod countdown has gone from days to mere hours
My mind has been all over the place today, so this post is going to follow in the same theme.
Sunday I kept myself busy with a 3 mile run on the treadmill, running errands, an unsuccessful shopping trip, catching up with friends and seeing the movie One Day.
I was really excited for this movie but it was a bit disappointing. I was expecting an incredibly romantic, emotional love story – I tend to go into movies with the highest expectations and its tough to live up to my standards.
It was a good Sunday movie but I’d say its a renter.
Before I knew it, it was time to hit the hay. After some help from my new, all natural, herbal sleep aid I doze off into dream land as soon as my head hit the pillow.
This morning I stuck to my usual gym routine – 20 minutes of running/incline walking on the treadmill followed by strength training and abs.
On my way into work I was dreading the day, thinking I’d be watching the clock all day. But I was so busy getting everything ready for a week out of the office, the time flew by – yay!
Now its time to fix some dinner and pack! Yes I am a procrastinator and cannot even think about beginning the packing process until the night before I leave.
I have so much built up excitement I feel like I’m going to be running in circles around my apartment all night … or crash by 9, we’ll see
Since this post has been completely food-less, sad
I’ll leave you with a little nibble I’ve been loving lately …
Are you a procrastinator when it comes to packing?
What little munchies have you been loving lately?

Here’s what I do to help with packing: I have a word document on my computer that’s a general “to pack” list. Then when I have to get ready for a specific trip, I might tweak that list ahead of time, based on what I know I need to bring. So when it comes time to actually pack, it’s super easy because I just follow the list. It really helps me!
haha, sounds like you pack like me
have fun!!

I’m moving out of the house for the first time to drive up and live in canada for a while and trying to pack my life in under half a day. its hectic!
I’m a procrastinator when it come to UNpacking. Usually when I’m going somewhere I’m worried I will forget something so I pack ahead of time, but then once I get back home…I just don’t want to do all the unpacking!
Procrastinator for sure! I’m generally up until about 1am before every trip. Hope you have an awesome time
